At Green Logistics Expo we move nothing, we bring the data

13 October 2026 · by Interlogica

From 14 to 16 October we are at the Padua Fair, among more than three hundred exhibitors that move containers, trains and pallets. We move nothing, but we have spent quite a few years inside the things that move.

Green Logistics Expo is in its fourth edition and was born from the idea of Interporto Padova and Fiera di Padova to put in the same place those who run logistics and those who design it: intermodality, automated warehouses, urban logistics, the energy transition of transport. Interlogica has been working on technology since 1995 and, without ever calling itself a logistics company, has entered this world several times, among trains, fleets, handling systems and maintenance platforms, almost always with the same task: getting the right data to the right place, at the moment when someone or something has to decide.

The point we want to discuss

The data logistics works with today is fine for processes with a human in the loop, because if a sensor fails or a count does not add up there is always someone who checks and corrects, but the moment part of the decisions is handed to an automated system that margin disappears, and an artificial intelligence deciding on mediocre data makes mediocre decisions, only faster. At trade fairs this gets less attention than it deserves.

We are not coming to sell a platform. We are coming to compare what we know how to do with artificial intelligence, data and security against the concrete problems of those who run logistics every day.
