ChooseMyCompany Employees 2026: Interlogica in the Platinum category

Interlogica has received the ChooseMyCompany Employees Italy 2026 certification in the Platinum category, the highest of the four levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum), which recognises companies considered a good place to work by the people who work there. The ranking of certified companies was also published in Il Sole 24 Ore, the Italian business daily.

Where the award comes from

What makes this award important to us is its origin: it is not the verdict of a jury, but the result of certified reviews from the people who work at Interlogica, collected through a survey open to everyone, anonymous and run according to ChooseMyCompany’s C-FAIRR® protocol, which measures satisfaction, engagement and organisational well-being. Everyone could say freely what they think, and that is exactly why the result matters.

Why it matters to us

For more than thirty years we have worked on the idea that technology and humanism are not opposites but complementary, and that an organisation gives its best when people feel listened to, respected, trusted with responsibility and free to express their potential; as a Benefit Corporation (Società Benefit) we have chosen to make this commitment part of our identity. An award that comes from our colleagues tells us that this vision really lives in our working days, and at the same time it is a starting point, because listening remains the first step towards improving.
