An empty room

AN EMPTY ROOM.
That is how it is. Many days have already gone by since #Covid19 entered our lives. Everything still, silent, unreal. This strange period of uncertainty, of adaptation, of challenge, of Change with a capital “C”.
Like many other companies, behind the stillness of our offices there is now an enormous amount of work going on. You can hear brains grinding at a frantic pace, put to the test in a race against an invisible enemy that is scratching everyone’s lives.
What to do, how to do it, how to react, what to communicate.
Transparency.
What is a company? People.
At a time this difficult we discover that businesses are not “entities”. Never more than now has it been clear to everyone, even to those who have always seen individuals as a “workforce”.
stateacasa #stiamouniti (#stayathome #standtogether): we have never seen, heard or read so much patriotism in an Italy of local rivalries.
Experiences. From our homes it almost seems that nothing has changed. But the children are at home, because schools are closed, and not a fly moves in the streets of our cities: everything is surreal.
AN EMPTY ROOM.
In reality nothing stops, nothing has ever stopped.
We are all connected, like so many dots on a map, by tools that make collaboration easier, and we are giving all the energy we can.
We have always been marked by a certain agility, and for us technology is not just our daily bread: it has always been a way to help other businesses overcome complex challenges.
We do not want, now, to talk about crisis as opportunity. Of course the world has clearly already changed, and for many people change means exactly this.
For us, what counts is experience, everyone’s experience, and the incredible strength with which we have always faced change head-on, getting over it.
Many, too many, are in difficulty: that is plain to see.
And the message is to believe in People, in all of us: the brain has defence mechanisms called fighting spirit and creativity.
The watchword is Reaction.
And we are active, with new eyes for the future.
Greetings from Interlogica.
