The Reda Group, a manufacturer of merino wool fabrics for men’s clothing, is a historic company that has been in manufacturing for more than 150 years and is strongly focused on technological innovations. Their need was to have a marketplace for their B2B customers that is impactful and extremely easy to use.
REDA 4.0
Every company has a unique process and operates with a range of systems that support its operations, including legacy systems and private databases. As a result, the focus was primarily on analyzing processes and infrastructures to ensure not only the best solution but also a scalable and flexible system.
Introducing Reda 4.0, the web and mobile digital platform that enables sales order management, allowing buyers one-click access to the entire catalog of fabrics made from pure Merino wool, 100% Made in Italy by the company. This custom system offers a personalized experience, utilizing functional data to interact with the internal management system.

The Reda 4.0 platform has been designed to seamlessly adapt to the company’s infrastructure and process. Orders and products have been synchronized with the management system, a fundamental element to achieve the benefits of unified management. In fact, all products available on the portal originate directly from the management system, simplifying and speeding up operations to the fullest extent.
FUNCTIONALITIES
- Creation of a comprehensive technical data sheet for each product.
- Real-time notification of fabric cuts availability (via API/warehouse management system).
